Maniam Nair & Co was established on the 1st of November 1994 by our founding partner Mr G Subramaniam Nair. Previously attached to the Royal Malaysian Police, Mr Subramaniam Nair spearheaded the criminal investigation and commercial crime departments. Mr Subramaniam alone has over 38 years experience in the legal world, making Maniam Nair & Co one of the most sought-after firms in the Malaysian legal front.

The firm is home to a wide range of talented and dynamic individuals who are experts in their own fields. With a strong work force of over 20 staffs, the firm continues to grow and expand from strength to strength. 
With uncompromising standard for only top quality-legal work, Maniam Nair & Co has become a leader on the Malaysian legal front. 

The humble beginnings of the firm saw Mr Subramaniam as the only employee, with  criminal litigation being the firm's focal point.
Building the firm brick by brick to what it is today, the firm is Mr Subramaniam's heart child. Mr Subramaniam felt it prudent to expand and establish the firm as one among the elite firms of the country.

Fast forward to 2018, Maniam Nair & Co undertakes cases spanning all over Malaysia and commands 8 different departments and practice areas in 2 branch offices. Each department is headed by our experts with Criminal litigation, Drug offences, Commercial Crime, Negligence claims and Unlawful Dismissal being our strongholds.
